Be aware that Rundle-Spence

unlawful activities through use of the HOSTING SERVICE or the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
Rundle-Spence reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to take any action it deems necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.

should Rundle-Spence deem it necessary and appropriate under the circumstances.
