Rundle-Spence Return Policy

NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE NOT ORIGINALLY PURCHASED AT RUNDLE-SPENCE.

 

All returned material must be in original un-used and un-installed saleable condition.Material must be in original packaging including all parts and contents.(Some material is deemed not returnable from the date of original purchase due to manufacturers stipulations.These products will be mentioned at time of order and listed on acknowledgments and packing list. Material listed as not returnable supersedes this return policy.)

 

Stock merchandise

  • We will accept stock merchandise within 30 days from date of original purchase.Material must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging, including all parts and contents.
  • Merchandise past 30 days is subject to review* Material must be in new and unused condition and in original packing, including all parts and contents.
  • Fiberglass, pipe and other material normally not packaged are subject to review* and may be assessed a cleaning fee if needed to restore to sellable condition.If material is deemed unable to be restored to saleable condition, no credit will be given.

 

Non-stock merchandise

(Non-stock merchandise is labeled on packing slip and acknowledgements as �IF RETURNABLE SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING�.)

  • Non-stock material is subject to review* Material must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging, including all parts and contents and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee based on original invoice price. Freight charges will be added if applicable.
  • Fiberglass, pipe and other material normally not packaged are subject to review* and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee based on original invoice price.Freight charges will be added if applicable. Material may be assessed a cleaning fee if needed to restore to saleable condition.If material is deemed unable to restore to saleable condition no credit will be given.

 

Defective merchandise

  • Claims for defective material is subject to review* and will be credited in accordance with manufacture warranty period. Material will be credited only after inspection by manufacture.

Damaged merchandise

  • Claims for damaged or broken material must be called in to a Rundle-Spence Customer Service Representative within 48 hours of delivery or no credit will be issued.

 

DEFINITIONS

 

*Saleable Merchandise: Material that is unused and uninstalled and could be resold. Material must include original packaging and all parts, templates, warranty and instruction documentation.

 

*Subject to review: Credit will be given only when credit is received from manufacturer and less any freight, restocking and processing fees.A cleaning fee may be assessed to clean material if needed.

 

NOTE: Management reserves the right to adjust or waive return charges, or make exceptions to the above policy.

 

*Cleaning Fee: Fiberglass, pipe and other material normally not packaged is subject to review* and may be assessed a cleaning fee if needed to restore to saleable condition or to aid in further inspection.
